Once you have actually decided to let your property, you can book an appointment with Riverside for one of our valuations. We will then view the property and give you an accurate market appraisal. It is then up to you to decide on any conditions that you wish us to put into the ‘special clauses’ section in the Tenancy Agreement, i.e.: no Pets, no children, etc.

Finding the right tenant for a property is essential. We start by requesting your criteria for the potential Tenant you wish to occupy your property. We then match this to prospective Tenants who must provide us with identification, references, and proof of income. Only after checking these references and carrying out a credit check will we then proceed with a Tenancy. Riverside has a never-ending waiting list of suitable Tenants.

Property Inspections – We provide regular inspections of the property by our trained staff, reports will sent out to you.

Rent Protection - You income can be protected by Homelet Insurance upon request.

Rent Processing – Rent is processed by our admin team, and can be sent directly to your bank or a chq sent by post. Statements can be sent by post or emailed to you on request.

Contractors – We have a dedicated team of contractors on our books, that we have used over 10 years, all have the relevant insurance and qualifications.

Gas Safety Checks - As part of the Gas Safety Regulations 1994, you must have a valid gas safety inspection from a registered Corgi Engineer. We will arrange this for you.

Electrical Checks – The Law States that any portable appliances you supply to your tenants must be checked prior to letting any property, we will arrange this for you.

Constant Communication – We want to have an honest and open relationship with all our clients, we believe in having feedback, We are always available if you need advice on any aspect of renting you property.

Lower Fees – We offer discount rates for multi-property owners.

Mediation – In the rare case of disputes between yourself and your tenant, we offer mediation on your behalf with your tenant.
